Merkle Digital is a software development studio based in Taipei, Taiwan. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or work with us.

When you contact us via email, we collect your email address and whatever information you choose to share. Our website itself does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to keep you updated.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare for hosting, which may process basic connection data (IP addresses, request headers) as part of their CDN service. We don't share your personal data with anyone else.

Data retention

We keep project-related communications for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights
